If you wish you may attach a copy of the photo with your e-mail together with the following details:

1. medium required eg. watercolour, oil, pencil etc.

..If oil required do you want the finished work on canvas or board?

2. size of completed work ( height x width )in inches or cm. eg. 22x30 inches

3. if time is a critical factor latest date for receipt by yourselves

4. your name , address and any further instructions

Upon receipt of these details I will e-mail an estimate of the time required , the cost and your options for delivery ie. post or courier.

Fees for Portraits

Watercolour portraits start at only £80.00 (us$ 130.00)

Pencil portraits start from £95.00 (us$ 150.00)

Traditional Oil portraiture from £100.00 (us$ 160.00)

Various Oil supports are available from primed hard board (Masonite) to the more traditional stretched canvases

My Studio is in Bolton, Greater Manchester and if you are in my area I am happy to call round to take reference pictures/ sketches myself. If this is not convenient please send me an e-mail and we can discuss what photos etc. you may have.

 

Whilst the above prices hold ,in general, for portraits. If you required a full torso, or complete figure work, I would ask you to e-mail your exact requirements for a more accurate quotation. As the fee will reflect the complexity and size of the artwork

If you require to include more than one portrait within the work please contact me explaining your requirements

 

Please also note that the above may also be taken as starting prices for Landscape, House, Floral etc. comissions

The above figures are an indication of likely cost and do not include postage, packing and insurance, and that whilst works are usually supplied unframed I am always happy to supply the "completed" article after agreement of frame costs.

As Web sites are a very personal thing, which may be as simple as a page or two of information and pictures, or detailed images and thumb nails with many links such as this site , it is impossible to give an accurate price without knowing the exact requirements.

I can say however, that I am confident that I will be able to supply one at a very competitive price, and that the personal touch will show.
